Almost everyone has encountered difficult people in the workplace. Difficult people can exhibit different behaviors, such as rudeness, yelling, gossiping, ignoring, or harassing. They don't show anger. Passive-aggressive behavior is hard to deal with because you never know what's really going on. You can't trust the intentions of a passive-aggressive person.
